All members of staff from all departments, nursing, catering, house keeping, physio, dr's, care assistants and many others I'm sure I've missed you have a great, caring, wonderful team here - please make sure they are told so on a regular basis (as I'm sure if it was bad they would be told.)
They deserve 5 stars all of them and such lovely people.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful.
smaller meals for small appetites would be less wasteful.
Do you have to have background music/noise.

Maybe use of headphones for TV as if you would like rest + quiet there wasn't much.
Drinks/snack machine for our visitors.
All staff that I have the pleasure of meeting could not have been more helpful, understanding + a pleasure to know. Please treat them well so they will remain working for us.
